Following a full membership vote, the motion to adopt and publish the ABOTA Statement on Defending the Rule of Law has passed. The full statement appears below.

The motion was introduced at the Annual Meeting on May 1, 2025. In keeping with our commitment to transparency and inclusivity, it was put to a vote of the full membership.

The DCBA Board is a neutral body and does not take political positions. We respect the diverse views of our members and support their right to express them.
